The portal helps businesses manage wholesale bakery operations and, optionally, generate invoices directly in their QuickBooks Online company using the QuickBooks API. The QuickBooks connection occurs only after you explicitly authorize it.
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for actions taken under your account. You will assign user roles responsibly.
Paid plans are billed via Stripe under the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

When you connect QuickBooks Online:
You own your data. During your subscription you can export available data through provided exports or by contacting support. After termination, we may retain limited backups and logs for a reasonable period for legal and operational purposes.

We may offer beta features for evaluation. They are provided as is and may change or be discontinued.
The service relies on third parties like Google Cloud, Stripe, Sentry, and Intuit QuickBooks. Their services are subject to their own terms and may affect availability or functionality.
We retain all rights to the service and underlying IP. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and process your content to provide the service. You grant us a royalty-free license to use feedback to improve the service.
Each party will protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only for purposes of the relationship.
We implement industry-standard safeguards. You are responsible for secure configuration on your side, strong passwords, user permission hygiene, and reviewing audit logs.
The service is provided as is and as available. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of laws or these terms.
These terms apply while you use the service. You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, abuse, or legal reasons. Upon termination, your access ends and we will handle your data per the Privacy Policy.
